Living at Stratus has been a wonderful experience! The management and leasing staff are incredibly responsive and always go the extra mile to ensure residents are taken care of. This is my second year leasing with Stratus and I personally have no complaints so far. The apartment layout I chose is perfect for me and I’m yet to see one that comes this close in other buildings previously viewed. Communication with management is always transparent and easy, the concierge are always warm and helpful and make you feel at home, maintenance when I have needed it has been stress free and timely. It is super convenient by way of location as well.
