Horrible management
I lived here for a year and a half and the management is terrible and extremely rude. My apartment flooded twice on a weekend and I could not get the emergency line to answer. When I told them they have an issue with their emergency line they told me it’s a burner phone and they don’t want to put more minutes on it. I payed them to do all of my renters insurance and they submitted it wrong so I was paying them for 9 months and was not covered. When I asked for them to remedy their mistake they... responded that they do not give refunds under any circumstances and did not own up to their mistake. They let dogs poop all over the property and let people park in handicap spots (with not pass)and in fire lanes. Instead of handling situations professionally they handle them rudely and accusatory and are quick to charge you fees whenever they can.

We appreciate the time you took to leave us feedback. Our maintenance team is always on call 24/7 as our residents are our number 1 priority. As for renter's insurance, we do require all residents to supply renter's insurance per the lease agreement... signed before move-in. If a resident supplies renter's insurance in compliance, any & all renter's insurance charges are refunded. As well, we strongly enforce proper parking on our property. Any resident/personnel that is improperly parked will be towed at owners expense. Lastly, our maintenance team does 2 full property walks/clean up each day to provide our residents with a trash free complex to live at, however we are very adamant with our residents to clean up after their animals.
