Major pest issues of cockroaches neglected for almost 1 year. Sitka has not done an adequate job in turnover of apartments- moving in tenants to units with pests without thorough inspection is unprofessional and raises health concerns for tenants.

Living at Sitka has been one of the best renting experiences I've had in ages, its a clean community with lots of amenities. It's safe and very secure and I've been free of so many of the common issues renters face in downtown Seattle. Never even had a package stolen once!
