I love living at Chelsea Heights. The community atmosphere is wonderful and close to so many places in the city. Everyone we have met is very friendly and welcoming.

Everything is broken. Garage door breaks every couple months. Been open for over a month and now people's cars are getting broken into and people are smoking crack. Other doors are broken. Dog poop everywhere. Parts of the building reeks of trash. Stay away.
