I have lived in this community since 1998. Over that period of time I have enjoyed a safe and clean environment. There have been a minimum of police activity which make me feel well protected. The management team have been outstanding (some better than others) very friendly and courteous, which makes one feel comfortable in approaching them.

I have resided in this complex since 1998. Over that period of time I have enjoyed peaceful and comfortable living free of crime activity. I really like when management schedules a meet and greet and other social functions. This complex near banks, grocery stores and other major shopping, and is 3 minutes to I-5 north and south.

Great place to stay! Billy is always quick and helpful with all the services needed in our apartment. Linda is a great manager in the leasing office and is very kind and open to assisting with any questions or concerns.
