Old tenant

Expensive place. Doesn't take care of issues in a timely manner. Had water issues that lasted over a year. Blamed us for dog poop when it wasn't us. Rent kept going up. Crappy windows. Air conditioners very old and not efficient. Neighbors were drug dealers and hoarders. Don't move here

Being an anonymous review, I am not able to comment on the specific circumstances that led to your review, however I can speak in general terms about our management practices and policies as it... relates to individual items mentioned in your review.

Customer service is a top priority of the management and maintenance team at Woodridge and as our overall online reputation shows, we have a great track record of meeting the expectations of our residents. Our community is pet friendly and we have established policies and procedures around pet ownership that are enforced for the health and safety of other residents and their pets. I understand that rent increases can be a frustrating part of living in any apartment. At Woodridge, we offer multiple lease options to our residents so that they can choose the best option for them. Woodridge is not a brand-new community, which means the mechanical systems are not new. However, we conduct on-going maintenance to ensure that everything is working as efficiently as possible and we have 24-hour maintenance to assist if there is ever a problem. The mature landscaping and size of the apartments are benefits offered in place of being a new community. Lastly, I would like to address your comment regarding your neighbors. We run all applications through a 3rd party screening process that includes credit and criminal background checks. We have no record of complaints regarding this type of activity, but I can assure you if we did, the complaint would be addressed immediately.

There's a reason there's so many open

Unless you are desperate, do not rent here. I am in the one bedroom apartments. The basement and storage units flood after almost every rain. There's mold growing on the walls of the filthy laundry room, in which only one washer and one dryer will be operational at a time. The hallways/corridors are filled with cobwebs. Garbage routinely is overflowing from the dumpsters.

With all that being said, the staff are all pleasant, but it's clear all the issues are beyond their control.

apartments hunting

On 1-3-14 my fiance and I stopped in to the rental office to look at the model apartments. Specifically to look at the townhouse model. We were greeted by Adina. She was extremely helpful and friendly, unlike many of the other leasing agents we dealt with throughout the week as we are here from out of town, and there are more moving parts in this type of move. She was very patient, and understanding with the extra questions and requests we had with this type of move. The units were a bit older,... but in good condition. I believe we will get the best bang for our buck in this community due in a large part to the excellent attitude of the staff. We are looking forward to calling Woodridge apartments home.

Worst ever

Filthy. Loud. Unkempt. Trashy. Disgusting.

If you like dogs pooping right outside your back door, neighbors' screams through thin walls, and bonfires under your bedroom window, this is the perfect place for you.
