There's a reason rent is so cheap, maintenance is very low quality and slow

If I were to rate from 1 - 10, I would give Avana chandler a 7. There were to many minor things to overlook that made the first week here put a frown on my face, with that being said, maintenance did show up to fix some things but was obviously overwhelmed. The main issue was the shower, the knob was broken and we were unable to shower for the first two days, this is Arizona, that is a must! Management so far is great and I can’t complain at all with their service. I would still recommend moving... here but be sure to check all things before the move in day.

Everything in my apartment is breaking. I barely can go one week without something going wrong. I have called countless times as well as going to speak to the office manager. No one seems to care that my apartment is not a safe place for me to live. I no longer wish to live here because of the inability to live with the essential working utilities that an apartment NEEDS to have. It is absolutely astounding to me that these apartments are able to stay open with this type of mistreatment to their... tenants. I will be spreading the word to others that these apartments are not suitable living facilities.

Avana was the perfect move for me. I love the area the community and the office management. Everyone is so kind and this is a perfect community to raise a family in.
