I LOVE our apartment!! The high ceilings make it feel almost like a townhouse, and I love that the complex puts on events for residents. It is a very family-friendly place to live, and it’s in a great location.

I give it four stars because it’s often hard to find a parking spot near my unit after 7-8pm. If I come home past 9 or 10, then I usually have to park across the complex. You can rent a covered parking spot or garage for $45-$75 extra a month, but I’d prefer if there were more free... parking options.

Avana Coronado - it is an older community which means you get some quirks, it is a safe, clean, and well maintained community. The apartments are roomy and the layout is balanced. I enjoy/ed my time at this community and the people who live here.

Great location, convenient and clean and quiet. Active staffs and top notch amenities. Application and approval was made easy as well as all the leasing procedures.
