Corporate owned nationwide conglomerate of rental properties offeres excellent online communication and strives toward resident satisfaction. I am too old and ignorant in this new world of renting an apartment to be able to judge, but from the kindness and the responsiveness to maintenance, I am impressed. There are many ammenities that I have never used, but feel certain most families enjoy.

I've lived here a short time and have met some really nice people.
When submitting a request for any maintained work it gets done which I appreciate thank you.
However the grounds need alot of cleaning for new tenants it's not very inviting when walking the area.
One plus it's very convenient to everything for shopping and my work.
I'm hoping yo make this my home for awhile we will see.

The complex is relatively quiet. It is in a great location with 2 very nice parks within walking distance. It is also very close to lots of shopping and restaurants.
