We never got an actual tour of our unit and when we were showed a virtual tour, we were told that the unit we would be renting is the same as the virtual tour, which was incorrect. So I had false expectations and when we finally got to see the unit (after signing and given keys) I noticed minor eyesores. Nothing needed to be fixed but more so for aesthetics. For example, the crown molding or top boards are not flush with the walls. Cracks in cabinet moldings in the bathrooms and baseboards not... flush.
