Living here has been a great experience overall! The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, which makes it feel really safe and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I appreciate how peaceful it is, especially during the evenings—perfect for relaxing after work. The amenities, like the pool and gym, are kept in good condition and are never too crowded. Parking is usually easy to find, and I love how convenient... the location is for shopping and getting to work. My apartment itself is cozy and modern, with plenty of natural light. I also like that the neighbors are respectful and friendly, which really adds to the overall positive vibe. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Jackie and the maintance lady she always kind… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment

Living in the residence has been a great experience. I’ve enjoyed the sense of community, convenient location, and quick access to campus resources.

Amenities are great and the staff is very nice. Dog owners do not clean up after their dog and sometimes the area is left a mess due to that.

I love living at Summit at San Marcos! The building is beautiful, the office staff/maintenance crew are kind and professional and the neighbors are friendly. The property is always well maintained and they have great community events. This is my first solo apartment as a young woman and I am so grateful to have such a safe and beautiful home here.
