From initial contact to lease signing to moving in and beyond, Jonathan and the staff at Avana Gilbert have made me feel welcomed and in good hands. The workout facilities are fantastic, the pools are well maintained, the grounds stay clean and pleasant. Hoping to meet more neighbors as the months go by.

The complex has great location very easy to get to services such as food ,gas,stores,schools ,parks etc. Very safe neighborhood ,very little noise.
