I’m a bit unhappy about our neighboring apt now being used as an airbnb. Now I know why it’s so noisy and garbage is left out side at all times…

Moved in a almost a month ago, Been great so far, enjoying everything around here, can’t wait to see more of what’s around, the complex overall is very quiet but everyone is very friendly .

The apartment is really nice, I love it! It's the issues with maintenance and the front office that bring some frustration. The pool has been closed almost ever other weekend since we have moved in. As mentioned in the previous comment, maintenance takes forever, does not communicate, and you have to constantly be checking in with the front office if you want anything done.
