Alanza Place Apartments

I have to say it has been really nice staying here, the entire staff have been good and pleasant with me. No complaints about them at all, if the maintenance person is unable to correct any issues in the apartment they do outreach to a contractor to take a look. Seeing the pool clean on a regular basis is pretty awesome as well. Once you take a walk (if you walk) down the block the neighborhood would look and seem pretty off. But this place is so perfect for me to walk to the SkyTrain so I can... catch a flight out from the airport. I have to say the only down fall about the building is and which it will always be no matter where you go, some tenants just wont do right about the place they live as in around the property. Love it so far! A lot of security which is really nice. Unfortunately, I’ve been locked out twice, my own fault though. Lol.

Community is amazing, very clean. Everything works. My boyfriend and I got a gift basket, and some dog items!! Jeremy was an awesome helper. Made life easy for us.

My neighbors are very loud and smoke weed so I want to get sound proofing pads and extra fragrance sprays, but other than that. I’m living comfortably and happily.

Amazing community with modern apartments, great amenities, and friendly staff. Maintenance is quick, and the location is perfect. Highly recommend!

The office staff is very nice and maintenance is prompt. I've lived year for 12 years and despite various management companies over those years the staff has always been nice.

I love my new place, so much space and it’s quiet, the maintenance team was kind and came same day! I got a chance to view the amenities it’s safe to say the gym is where I’ll be.
