I love this location with easy access to groceries and restaurants. The management has treated me very well and I've been happy to see the improvements to the property. Keep up the good work ??

In general, I enjoy our community. It's keep clean and quiet. But, we should have the ability to lit the grill and have a good hamburger or two.

Even though my initial introduction to Seventh wasn't a positive experience I decided to make it my home because Joe & Greystar addressed my concerns which let me know they do care about ensuring that Seventh is a place where everyone feels welcome, seen & heard.

The apartments are really good at times but it could be improvements. But overall I would recommend them I'd give them a 7
