Roaches, poor management, constant issues with utilities (water shutoffs are quite common), crime (your car will be broken into 100%, they cannot even keep the gates secure and they are always open).

Several safety complaints have been filed against this property over this summer alone. You will regret living here, guaranteed.

The new management has decided patio furniture is no longer allowed and the majority of apartments do not have back patios. If you enjoy sitting outside then this place is not for you. We have always been a knit community who looked out for each other and crime. The new management no longer wants people sitting outside and keeping crime out of our community.

I love the neighborhood,the vaulted ceiling in my living room,the tile floors throughout and my BIG window in the bathroom!??and kudos to Aaron and all the management who are really nice.(4 stars only because of the noisy neighbors who simply don't care and don't hesitate to hammer at the walls at 1:25 am????).

Pros: Aaron the manager is amazing. Probably the best manager to deal with. His team is also very friendly and they take their job seriously. Good pool. They have BBQ pits no matter which way you look. It's hard for people to get in off the street so don't lose your keys either. The apartment size (two bedrooms) are big and the single bathroom has a tub. Most of the apartments have some type of extra storage and if you don't, you have a balcony and if you don't have that you have a large space... in front of your apartment so you can't really complain about living space. They have a new onsite fitness center, computer lab and coffee area and the laundry facility is almost finished. Maintenance is pretty on top of it and they have a 24/7 number to call. Just remember these apartments are old, they can only fix something so much. Apartments are very close to HW but not on top of it. They cover utilities.

Cons: Unsupervised kids are always always always around, fighting and making noise and hitting the walls. People don't pick up after their dogs and only a handful of people actually use leashes. Some people are very inconsiderate. They will throw their mail on the ground and leave it. Don't have packages delivered on the weekends, UPS, USPS, Amazon can't get in. The buildings are old so there are SOME bugs but nothing extreme.

The parking is the worst part probably. There's not enough parking for the residents and people do have to park on the street where you can easily get hit. Some people park their cars in the assigned parking and then never move them and it's rare that the apartments tow. It should just be a free for all instead of giving people with no cars assigned parking or not towing vehicles that have been sitting for months. Read More
