The area is great,the people friendly and helpful. The vibe of the area and the location coupled with the family vibe of the staff in the office is unlike other places I have lived. They check on the tenants and put together events for the tenants to relax and interact on a social level. That's is important for a great community.

Maria was our leasing agent and has been such a great help. She helped answer all questions we have including concerns. When we first viewed the apt, we knew we had to lived here. It’s such a beautiful apartment with great amenities. The apartment is budget friendly and very spacious.

Honestly pretty quiet, Which is nice. Office is quick to schedule any fixes. They are well staffed. Definitely recommend this community.
You can't beat the price and location it's definitely not luxury but it's just right.
