Management is the worst, they will ignore the issues on the property
Maintenance is bad, they will do very low quality work, leave a mess and take a long time to fix problems
These people have no work ethics, please do not lease here

Homeless, drugs and shootings. Pretty during day time. That's about it. Don't fall for the nice act from management.
"The property use to be alot worse." When a staff member was talking about the property having more shootings, homeless.. as if its normal to have alot.

Renovations are completed with the lowest budget in mind. Kitchen cabinets falling apart countertops lifting up. A/C unit is out dated noise as hell an expensive to run. Plumbing issues throughout the complex. I’ve see neighbors sink and toilet over flow with the sewage from the above apartments. The ladies in the office have no respect for a anyone. Kids can’t play outside it’s too dangerous. Homeless sleeping in stairways elevators are used as toilets. Trash always over flowing from the bins.... This property is gorgeous. The lake goes through the property and green trees throught property.

maintenance here is terrible. they have one guy for this big complex and if yours isn't an emergency, good luck getting anything fixed. work orders get marked complete when they're actually not and no one came.

electric is terrible, more than half of the wiring is on the same circuit so if you plug a vacuum or blow dryer in one of those outlets, the whole apartment goes out.

cabinets are falling apart, drawers aren't installed correctly.

everyone around my unit smokes weed and it comes in... through the windows and cigarette smoke comes through the fireplace.

cops are here every week. neighbors scream at each other and college kids party so much. people steal packages and theres abandoned cars in the back lot.

staff tell you what you want to hear but are not helpful. when I follow up on work orders I submitted, they tell me they'll print it out but it doesn't go anywhere after that.

they have no issue raising your rent though
