No Parking at all!

The worst thing about this place is the lack of parking. Seriously they don't care at all about it. They only tow cars if you're in a handicap spot or a resident complains because someone is parked in their assigned spot. You have to get home before 4-5pm in order to find an unassigned spot and not go anywhere without risking coming home to no options. The SUV that has been parked crooked in front of the mailboxes right in front of the office is proof of just how much effort they put into... rectifying an issue all homes with two cars face daily. It has sat unmoved for weeks!

Garages are available after being on a waitlist for who knows how long. Years? Currently, most of them aren't even being used as a garage for their car but a storage locker.

This place is filled with trees and bushes and rocks which looks nice. But what comes with those things are bugs, lizards, mosquitoes, leaves and allergies that make their way into your apartment. Bring your allergy medicine, mosquito repellent, and a broom of you plan to live here. Don't bring more than one car though.

While we know parking can, at times be frustrating, we are unfortunately limited to the confines of the spaces available and do our best to prioritize parking for our valued residents. We do offer both assigned covered... parking and detached garages available for rent should a resident request such accommodations at an extra fee. Dont do it!!!!


This property has been the worst place I ever lived. Ive been here since March 2021. There's been battles with roaches flies bees and noisy neighbors. The remodels looks good but have no water pressure because of the way they did the pipes. I seriously mean a trickle comes out or you get two fierce streams. The roaches were coming like an army from under the property. I had 20 flies in my window one morning that came from some vent. This apt is located close to overflow parking which makes it...
very noisy. Property Management tells you to call their security or the police for noise issues, even with your neighbors. Mgmt handles maintenance issues but nothing else. My fridge went out, they came and repaired then it. It did the same thing so they replaced it. It took 4 weeks without a dishwasher to get it fixed. I went to my mailbox today to get my mail and my key doesn't work. Why? The person in the office said they will look into it. I was excited when I moved here, the property looked nice, but seems nothing but issues everywhere I turn. Has made living stressful, and not enjoyable. I will say I love hearing the kids outside playing, and my apt stays cool pretty much all the time. Come and look before signing anything.
