The property is amazing. The look and feel of the amenities are next level and all the fire pits are great. One of my favorite places to relax is the indoor outdoor sky deck !! The fire pit at night when the sun is going down is so nice!!

Amazing experience so far! Beautiful amenities and the apartment, even though small in size (627 sq feet), has plenty of space to store your things - it has been well designed. I moved in with my wife and newborn and we have space for everything. Highly recommendable

Hayden is built where the old Belmont ice rink was located. My brother Mark played ice hockey. From 5 yrs old till 17 there. Every weekend the family went to watch him. He went to Univ of Minnesota on an ice hockey scholarship. Living on this same land is a kismet of wonderful memories. The Hayden is a first class community. Great construction and design. Very warm and home like. A job very well done by Greystar
