A Day In The Life At Villa Christina
I could describe the Villa Christina Apartments in 4 words: "I Love It Here". Life at the Villa Christina Apartments is great in so many ways. It offers pretty much everything you could want in an apartment complex: neighbors who are pretty friendly and not nosy, a family environment (not overrun with drug/gang activity), a swimming pool, clean grounds, nice management, and great parking options. Although there is no community gym, it is located very close to several public gyms. The school... district in this area has six California Distinguished schools, so its great for kids.
During weekends, you might wake up to the sound of nothing but quiet, accompanied by chirping/singing from birds that are local to the area. After the suns comes out, you might hear sounds of water splashing and children laughing while playing in the pool. You might smell the delicious aroma that fills the air from barbecue pits as tenants are enjoying the sun, while grilling in their patios. You rarely, if ever, hear other neighbors arguing or fighting, so either the walls are not thin, or the people here are all pretty respectful for the most part. It's definitely a strong family-type of environment. Everyone here genuinely seem to be pretty friendly in my experience.
I've been living here since 2009, and I've never felt the need to leave. There's been two different managers during my 6 years here, and one manager that occasionally fills in on weekends, and all three of them have been nothing but nice and respectful to me. I love it here. Moving here was one of the best decisions I've ever made for me and my family. If/When I do leave, the only reason would be to move on to something bigger and better (a house with a yard). If you have a family and you're considering moving to Covina, you should definitely look into the Villa Christina Apartments.
