Reese at the leasing office is wonderful, professional and helpful! She's super knowledgeable about the community. The amenities are great and love that it's a smaller and quiet community.

Love living in Haven 76. Very friendly community. The office staff are always available and respond very quickly. The property is so clean. Love how they support local businesses. Highly recommend!

So, so glad that I ended up here! The housing market is crazy right now, as if moving isn’t already stressful enough. Haven76–and Reese specifically—made this the most friendly and seamless move I’ve ever experienced. Not to mention that the area and apartment are simply beautiful. Come check it out yourself, you will be glad you did!
