It’s quiet, clean, convenient, spacious and the staff here are very nice. The amenities and perks are great. The view from the roof is absolutely beautiful.

I couldn’t have chose a better community and group to live in the amenities the people the peacefulness best experience and decision I’ve made after leaving the San Fernando valley and moving to Hollywood.

The building is beautiful, the staff is super knowledgeable and helpful, maintenance works promptly and efficiently, the amenities are exquisite, calling this place home feels like such a blessing :-)

Rather disappointed that amenities like gym equipment don't work for over a month now. Trash chute is always broken, printer in office hasn't worked in months, and one elevator always seems to be down at least every two weeks. The pool area stays dirty. Since they let go of previous property manager, it's gone down hill.
GK claims this is Luxury and it's not. For what you pay here, you could be getting things that actually work.
