Water filters at the gym.
Better machinery or changing some gym machines (an example, adding an open bar with discs)
And I loved the new view of the pool.

I would like to commend Jorge Cebrian for always being very helpful whenever I have inquiries. Excellent service! I feel safe in this apartment and I appreciate the strictness of Security staffs whenever I have deliveries and visitors, that means they are doing their job well.

i have been here less than a year and every month that goes by, i absolutely am disappointed/dissatisfied with the quality of help provided by the managers. nothing like i imagined.

I have lived at Promenade Towers for 19 years. I have seen tenants, businesses, security squads, building management and amenities come and go. The Towers have never been better at this stage of maturation. I intend to die here God willing!
