We think Manager Santina, Mr. Rick and Ms. Kelly are awesome!!!, they are always so professional, cordial, concern, truly care, always making sure my wife and I are happy here, to be honest, they are the reason why we are here, thank you very much all. We also love the facility, best in the area.

I put in a request for maintenance for the toilet noise and seat at night. The next day, they came and replaced the toilet seat, kept the area clean in doing so, and fixed the issue with the noise from the toilet. I gave permission to enter when I was not home, and they came and completed the request. They also left a nice note explaining what was done. Nick and Fernando are professional, hard working and helpful! I have had great experiences with any kind of maintenance issue here. Top notch... professionals that you can trust!

After residing in the community of Valentia for just a month now; I am very pleased with every aspect from the community, from the atmosphere to my new apartment, and the excellent staff. My experience have been great. Jessie the leasing specialist whose expertise and assistance were invaluable in helping me find the perfect home. She made the move in experience very easy and provided me with some of the best customer service ive encountered in a while. Additionally, Grace the property manager... was equally welcoming and available to assist me with any further questions I had. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly will recommend Valentina to anyone seeking a high quality living experience.
