Terraces at Paseo Colorado Apartments

I wasn't sure if I would enjoy apartment living, as I've lived in my own home for over 25 years but was a victim of the Eaton Canyon Fire. However, Terraces at Paseo Colorado did not disappoint. I feel very comfortable here and the atmosphere is very comfortable with positive energy. Most importantly, I feel safe and that's what matters to me the most. Most apartments that I've lived in prior, always had loud noises from the above floor or next door. I hear absolutely nothing and the... temperature is very comfortable. Maintenance staff are prompt and accommodating. Management staff are excellent and go far out of their requirement.

The maintenance staff, Benjie & Leo, repaired the motor that operates the heater and air conditioning in my apartment. Although it was not a maintenance emergency, they quickly repaired the motor without creating a mess. The heater & air conditioning work fine now. First rate work & attentive to tenants' needs. Great customer service.

Excellent experience with Dylan in preparing the lease agreement. He had everything ready for move-in day. He provided a very thorough tour of the building and explained parking, package pick up, mail pick up and moving ramp instructions for truck delivery. Everything was positive.

As stated before, I like the layout & design of my apartment. I like having laundry facilities within the unit & having central air & heat. The leasing office people & maintenance staff care about serving their clients (the tenants). But I would still like the three concerns mentioned earlier resolved. Thanks.
