The building and property itself is beautiful. It has been safe mostly except for the constant theft of packages/deliveries because management refuses to step in to provide better storage options. The constant fire alarms every other week/month was a huge headache my first 6 months here. Overall, management is nonexistent and residents are ignored for weeks to months on end. I would stay if management was better and pricing was more affordable. The fees are not worth it to live in a place where... you can’t get proper service or help. I live in a studio and travel monthly and somehow my water/trash bill varies from over $100-$160 per month!! Absolutely insane when i’m not even home 30 days a month using water , etc..

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, but we’d like to clarify some key points regarding your concerns.
Contrary to what was stated, our management team is fully available and accessible. At South Park, we have on-site personnel... present every day. While they may be tending to tasks around the property, there is clear signage at the front door with instructions on how to reach them. Additionally, our office is staffed Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and we are available via phone, email, and in-person appointments. Our communication system tracks response times, and our goal is always to respond within one business day.
Regarding package security, while we cannot control how delivery drivers handle packages, we do provide ample package lockers for secure deliveries. We strongly encourage residents to utilize this option to help prevent theft.
As for utility billing, each apartment is individually metered, and charges are based on actual usage rather than an estimated or shared allocation. If you believe your bill is unusually high, we encourage you to reach out so we can have our maintenance team inspect your apartment for any potential leaks or issues that may be contributing to increased usage.
