This place could be so great but it is currently a complete SLUM. Do NOT rent here for any reason.

Years of mismanagement continues with current administration

Unfortunately mismanagement has, and continues to, run this place into the ground. I moved here in March 2023 when it was managed by the last company, Cushman Wakefield, and while i heard horror stories from more longtime residents, found the living situation to be frustrating at times, but acceptable for a luxury.

Do not believe the sales pitch and marketing spin, things got much worse when GreyStar took over in May 2024.
Management does not respond to tenants numerous emails and phone calls,...
does not communicate timely (oftentimes, not at all) about basic critical community issues like: elevator/amenity outages, package theft and mismanagement (GreyStar actually took the package room away!), security incidents including homeless folks getting into the building, extremely loud, surprise early morning construction around the property... just to name a few.
Oh, and if you do manage to make contact with the property manager, she will roll her eyes and laugh in your face when you express the above concerns, telling you "itll never happen" (when you ask them to re-open the package room because now boxes are just dumped in the lobby) - seems like not a great attitude for a property manager to interact with residents, but what do i know?

Unless you have no other feasible options like i did, i would strongly urge you to look elsewhere.

Misleading website
Rude and un trained office staff

Complete waste of our time and attention..

Place looked promising and we extended ourselves to make it work..

Avoid

The leasing agent was so incredibly rude, i just knew it would be a nightmare to rent here. Homeless in and outside parking garage
