625 Broadway is a fantastic, modern facility, with old-world charm and characteristics. The location of the building is in the heart of downtown, steps from the Historic Gaslamp Quarter, and the on-site amenities are unmatched by any other building within a similar location. The on-site leasing and security staff are wonderful individuals who are professional, courteous, respectful, and accommodating. It is a wonderful to place to live, work, and play!

I have lived at 625 since October 2022. Since being here I have made many friends in the elevators, especially lots of pups, used the gym almost everyday and rented out the clubhouse for a company holiday party. About 1 year into my lease I was able to switch to a larger apartment and made the move from the 5th to the 12th floor. It was so nice getting to stay in the place I called home, and get more space, a killer view and only have to move upstairs. The location of 625 is great! So close to... the trolley and right in the heart of Gaslamp. I love that the building has history to it and that you can see it from the outside of the building all the way to the elevators. I would highly recommend living her to anyone looking to move to San Diego for the first time or wants to get out and make new friends!
