Olume Apartments

The property team is great and help maintain such a nice community in a good city location!

Lived here for about 2 years- so many issues with this place. When I first moved in, they gave me a move in date and then later told me it wouldn't be available until later when I needed to move in ASAP. No support moving, they told me they would reserve one of the elevators but this didn't happen; no parking space so it's hard to move stuff back and forth as well. There has been constant water shut offs, probably more than a dozen times already just this year. Also a couple times where I was... woken up in the morning and had to let them in the unit to check for leaking on a lower floor. Constant and unnecessary "inspections" where they don't even do anything. Separate unit entries for checking the smoke detector and then uncoordinated fire alarm testing. Funny enough, it failed the fire safety inspection. People smoke, it's dirty, and it's incredibly expensive for what you get. They have the nerve to raise the rent to the max each year. They started adding charges for pest control, but there are now ants in the top floor of the building?! En olume es un gran lugar para vivir mi experiencia a sido muy buena el equipo me facilitó todo y ayudo para poder tener mi apartamento son personas muy amables y respetuosas , me encanta la ubicación ya que es muy cerca de todo y las zonas comunes del edificio son muy lindas recomendaría a olume con las personas que conozco y con las que no conozco para que vengan a vivir a esta gran comunidad
