Poor maintenance, poor staff, just overall miserable experience (lived here 4 years just for the location convenience).
Literally will not lift a finger to help you unless you go to the leasing office and beg them to help you. Avoid like the plague.

We’ve had many issues since we’ve moved in 9 months ago. Most specifically with our windows and wash and dryer machines.
The windows are broken. All the time. Now that the weather has been cold, the cold air is coming in. I submitted a maintenance request 1 month ago and not a single person has reached out to us. Now 3 other windows are broken and still no one has reached out. Our wash and drying machines have ruined my clothing multiple times and instead of replacing them they do a bandaid... fix and tighten screws. Our washing machine is tearing up my clothes AGAIN for the fourth time now and our dryer stops heating after 2 loads. Ridiculous.

I have been living at Santana Heights for 11 months, and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The location is incredibly convenient and the apartment complex is clean and feels very safe, which was one of the main reasons I chose this place!

I recently moved into my new apartment, and I'm very impressed! The layout is convenient, and the staff has been incredibly helpful with any questions I've had so far. The overall experience has been great, and I'm looking forward to settling in even more.

So far so good. We moved in yesterday and the process was smooth. The personnel at the leasing office are helpful and organized and communicated all of the necessary items we needed to bring beforehand. Looking forward to taking advantage of all the amenities and meeting our new neighbors.
