I love the area and our maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and is always a wonderful experience with the maintenance team members. I have not had the best experiences with the leasing office and the staff not responding to emails. The larger Serrano bldg. elevator has been out of service for quite sometime which is quite inconveinant.
