Horrible Customer Service
We’re trying to contact to schedule a tour. But no one ever picked up the phone, we sent a message through this app. And when they respond, it’s so choppy and u professional. We had to initiate for every question. At the end, we said we would like to have a tour around the unit. They said they’re closed today, which is yesterday - Monday, is tomorrow okay? We said yes l, can we tour around 2-3pm or anytime afternoon. They never responded since then. Today I tried to call again that... number, he/she kept declining the call. Then we messaged them to ask about the tour today. After so many messages, they said, “Sorry look like we are all booked today. How about tomorrow?”
What kind of service is this? Weren’t they supposed to check the schedule yesterday before they ask if I could come today? And after I gave out the time, they should respond and confirm if it’s booked or not. Why wait until we tried to contact several time and said there is no more time. Super unprofessional and unresponsive.
