Avana is a great apartment complex with spacious units, great management and maintenance services. The amenities are great too.

I feel so grateful to live in the Avana Sunnyvale apartment, which makes me feel safe, peaceful, and welcome. The office staff are highly professional, and their skills gave me the confidence to sign the agreement within two hours. The maintenance team always shares their passion and kindness. I truly and honestly recommend Avana Sunnyvale to others.

The Leasing Manager Mariam was incredibly welcoming and kind during our tour of Avana Sunnyvale. She was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable when answering all my questions. Seeing that Avana Sunnyvale has such supportive managers like Mariam made me gravitate towards choosing to live at Avana Sunnyvale! The community is quite clean and has a calm atmosphere. The location is also conveniently near shopping areas, grocery stores, and major freeways.

Avana Sunnyvale is an excellent community, located in a great neighborhood. The apartments are also really modern and well maintained.

This apartment complex was NOT GOOD in the way they did their business. They are incredibly understaffed so even during Leasing Office Hrs, there were times nobody was there to help. Gym was also very under-equipped & Pool was often dirty.
Finally, they provided excessive charges on the Move-Out Statement with zero explanation for those charges & then went on to INCREASE those charges without any explanation. It reached a point where I had to explore legal options to ensure my rights were... protected.
Wouldn't recommend it unfortunately.
