Arrive Thousand Oaks is a great place to live special amenities such as a BBQ, pool with tables and a variety of chairs, a dog park and washing room for them, and special occasional classes that are interesting and helpful which are offered for free. Maintenance is quickly taken care of and you have the opportunity to evaluate them. You have opportunities to earn points which have earned me prizes. They are environmentally conscious which I appreciate! I just wish people would take advantage of... them.

Renewal time and new terms of lease were very fair. Especially given the high prices of everything today. Work orders are completed in real time. Safe, quiet, beautiful. Just a really nice place to live.
