Ripped off after staying for 3 years
I stayed in the apartment for more than 3 years and the stay was good. But beware of the management when you vacate the apartment. I got a email stating that I have to pay back more than 1300$ as part of cleaning and other paint job. The most shocking part was that I never got a physical mail of the invoice and after an year after the only email about the invoice, I got mail from property collections stating that the amount was sent to debt collector. I would strongly urge anyone planning to... move to the apartment to take a pictures of the apartment when you move in and ask the management when they last painted it so that they wont rip you off as they did to me.
