My one year here has proven safe. Quiet and well maintained. The personnel and staff. Are seasoned and know how to address issues and assert to rules , regulations and whatever variables present beyond maintenance etcetera.
And without intrusion nor over reaction.
Immediate solutions seem to be of an essence. And consistency prevails. This is a nice safe place to live. Good location. And a fresh breeze comes through from the Pacific at least once a day. The staff are very accommodating and always there to guide and help and it’s a quiet environment just need the unit to be a little bit cooler during the summer

The move in process was simple and quick, the management and office team are fantastic and super friendly. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Nice, cozy apartments and can't wait to stay here and call this place home for many years to come.

Softwind Point is very kid and pet friendly. A great place to live, for every member of your family.

Overall, really happy with my experience here price is right and commute to stores and to work is easy
