Everthing has exceeded my expectations. Management staff is excellent. Dog friendly and a shot hop skip and a jump to downtown Walnut Creek.

Aside from our upstairs neighbor being extremely loud with running and stomping constantly, we've had a pleasant experience with Vaya. I think it would be helpful if Vaya could send reminders a each quarter reminding tenants to be mindful of your noise if you are an upstairs neighbor. That being said, my partner and I have had a great experience with the staff, the amenities, and our apartment.
