Best staff I have worked with in an apartment, genuinely a nice place to live. Some technical issues here and there, but every place has its quirks. All that being said, I do believe this is the best company to rent from in the Denver (and surrounding areas).

Cortland Gateway Park is a very friendly and beautiful community. However, the maintenance and condition of my apartment was unsatisfactory. Sink literally caved in within the first 2 months. Wall sockets were left unattached to wall, leaving exposed wiring, which is extremely concerning since a toddler resides with us. Dish washer and washer had to be serviced the first half of month living there and dryer had to be replaced, with yet another used dryer that does not even dry properly.
