We keep losing amenities. The pool was touted as being a year-round heated pool and has been covered over the winter, the hot tub is filled with rocks instead of being repaired, much of the equipment in the cardio studio is broken, the dog park gates are broken, the pool table is only available during office hours, the parking lot is crumbling in places and is in dire need of being repainted, the package room is obviously too small for the number of residents, there is constantly glass, screws,... and nails in the parking lot (I've had to have my tires repaired 6 times in the last 12 months).

Normally our pool is open year-round but unfortunately, we do have some maintenance that needs to be taken care for the pool which is why it is closed.
