Each apartment may have a maximum of two total cats or dogs, with a weight limit of 80 pounds per pet. Certain aggressive dog breeds, including mixed breeds, are not permitted. Restricted breeds/mixes include but are not limited to: Rottweiler, Chow, Presa Canario, Doberman, Akita, Pit Bull (also known as American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or Pit Bull Terrier), Cane Corso, or any Mastiff breed. Any animals that are not cats or dogs must continually stay in a cage or tank

I’m enjoying living at Cortland Gateway Park. The area is safe, and apartment landscaping is beautiful with the lake. Service requests are filled mostly quickly, staff is professional and handles any problems quickly. The apartment insides are well-maintained and appliances are high-quality. The gym is nice as well.

We keep losing amenities. The pool was touted as being a year-round heated pool and has been covered over the winter, the hot tub is filled with rocks instead of being repaired, much of the equipment in the cardio studio is broken, the dog park gates are broken, the pool table is only available during office hours, the parking lot is crumbling in places and is in dire need of being repainted, the package room is obviously too small for the number of residents, there is constantly glass, screws,... and nails in the parking lot (I've had to have my tires repaired 6 times in the last 12 months).

Normally our pool is open year-round but unfortunately, we do have some maintenance that needs to be taken care for the pool which is why it is closed. My package is stolen here multiple times in a package room.
People in the office don't care and allows it to happen continuously
