Great Maintenance Staff!

I submitted a maintenance request in the evening/after hours for having no hot water. I received a call first thing the next day from the maintenance tech asking if it was okay to come look at it. I work from home so I always appreciate having a call first so I can arrange my schedule accordingly. The two techs that came by were very pleasant to work with and resolved my issue quickly! So happy to have their support in making this a great place to live!

The Best Place To Live!

Cortland Belmar has been such a wonderful experience and I have loved calling this place home. The staff is super helpful and kind and always willing to help! I am moving to continue living at another Cortland Community but Belmar is absolutely the best place to live.

We absolutely love Cortland Belmar!

We moved from out of state 6 months ago and had a hard time finding the perfect home. We decided to drive around areas we liked and look at apartments so we walked in to cortland belmar.
