I am new to the residence here and so far it has been pretty great a few small bumps but so far it has been a great experience. The girls in the office have been great and maintenance crew is very efficient

It has been nice living here but I do think prices are steep in base rent, especially with the added trash and amenity fees. I understand a lot of people pay for the location and to be in a complex, but the apartments are on the smaller side for the price.

It is also pretty difficult to get through to the leasing office most days. Other than that, the residents are very friendly and laid back, and the property is well maintained.
