mice are running around the floors

We have been living in this apartment since November 24. Mice have appeared, and we live on the 6th floor. The soundproofing is terrible, we can hear our neighbor going to the toilet. There is no concierge, parcels are lost. In the photo of the mouse, the administration said that if the mouse is not in your apartment, it is normal. Think several times before living here.

I recently moved into Julius Apartments in Stamford, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! From the start, the move-in process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the professional and attentive team. The building itself is beautifully designed, with a modern aesthetic that makes it feel both stylish and welcoming.

The amenities are top-notch and have truly elevated my living experience. Whether it’s the well-equipped fitness center, inviting common spaces, or other perks,... everything is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The service here has also been excellent—responsive, friendly, and always willing to help.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live at Julius. If you’re looking for a new, well-designed apartment with great amenities and outstanding service, I highly recommend it!
