We've lived here for 3 years and could not be happier! The building and apartments are beautiful, staff is so accommodating, responsive, and friendly, and the location is perfect...all the restaurants and downtown festiviities right out the door. Highly recommend Vela on the Park!

Maintenance is very responsive and they are quick to repair any issues in the apartment. They are knowledgeable and helpful with everything needed in my apartment. Best maintenance team in downtown Stamford, Connecticut. I recommend Vela on the Park Apartments.

Vela on the Park has been a great place to live since the summer. I love how clean the building is maintained. My service requests have always been fixed quickly and maintenance does a great job. Best location in Stamford and I wouldn’t live anywhere else. I like all the different events throughout the month. I recommend Vela on the Park.
