Management keeps taking amenities from the residents. No free coffee after 11am. Very little air conditioning in the back entrance and the lights get shut off within 3 minutes. Can be scary.

I renewed my lease from Kelvin . The WFH space is great. CJ is awesome. Love the events where food in the area is given ! It’s a fun area to live in !

Love living here! Great staff, amenities and things to do in the neighborhood. Dare I say crime has tampered down, but the Kelvin cant control that. We’ve renewed 3x!
