I am 200% happy with living at the Metropolitan Apartments. The place is super clean, very well maintained and perfectly convenient to shops, groceries, and transportation. The staff is always pleasant, kind, helpful, professional, friendly and efficient. I enjoy my balcony and on nice days leave the door to the balcony open so I can enjoy the outside. It's great.

The Metropolitan works well for us. The location is convenient, steps from Metro and bus and easy to walk to Bethesda Row and Woodmont Triangle shops as well as so many grocery stores.

The concierge staff and maintenance and housekeeping are friendly and very helpful.

With all the new construction going up in downtown Bethesda, we appreciate the solid quality of the Met and are appreciative of the efforts of the management team to keep the building nice and spruced up.
