Be careful

The apartment itself is spacious and the community has good maintenance staff, the worst thing is all the money they charge each month and when you want to leave, when you come to see the apartments they tell you that there is no valet trash or hidden charges, then on the bills they charge you $49 for trash, they charge you for electricity in the hallways, plus the receipt of packages, plus the renter's insurance that they sell, more and more and more, so the water bill with all those fees is... never less than $150 when you are going to move out of here, they tell you that you have to pay for the paint and to cover the holes if you have hung pictures on the walls because they do not allow you to fix the walls, they charge you a minimum of $65 for washing carpets, they charge you for open and close the electricity account$30 each. They demand that the cleaning be done in a certain way so they do not need to do anything or cover any expense for the new tenant, meaning you must pay everything necessary for the new tenant to arrive. For all these reasons I do not recommend this community, there are better prices on the market and they offer more comfort for what you pay.

Worst Complex

I would put zero stars if I could. I lived there for two years and handed over my keys today. I have had nothing but problems with this place since the day we moved in, and the management team is the worst I have ever dealt with. Here are just a few issues we've had recently: stolen packages, drug busts, cars being broken into, unsupervised children damaging property and vehicles, rats in people's apartments, faulty fire alarm systems that weren't addressed until a tenant called the fire... inspector, etc. Management chooses to do nothing about these problems and only focuses on smaller issues that they can use to make money off residents (fees for packages being left in the package area for more than a couple of days and DNA testing dog poop). I've personally never spoken to a resident that likes living at Hue. Also, no matter how clean your apartment is when you move out, they will charge you an exorbitant amount of money (over $1000; several previous tenants and myself have or will have to pay at least that). Seriously, save yourself the headache and live somewhere else.

My experience

I have been a tenant at Hue since it opened. I chose this community based on it's clean air policy (no smoking). The new tenants that moved in below me are chain smokers. Their smoking has caused me to have health issues due to my asthma. The management office will not do anything to stop the smoking and they will not let me out of my lease without penalty. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this property to anyone that does not like smoking.

Not worth the price or title

I’ve been here for 60 days approximately and the last thirty days the pool has been closed 4 times for children pooping in it. The management keep sending emails but do not back them up. Children run amok at the pool so you cannot enjoy it peacefully. The front gate has been open since we moved in so there is no security at all, the gates at the pool are also not working, that might be a city code violation not sure. Have not seen any pool cleaning schedule or anyone out there cleaning apart... from dumping chemicals when someone poops in it. There are no consequences for bad behavior here so it goes unchecked. The apartment layouts are nice that is the only redeeming quality, if it were up to me I would break my lease for them not holding up their end. That’s a fantasy unfortunately, they don’t care about the amenities, all they care about is putting people in apartments and locking leases down. Do your homework before coming here…..

Disgraceful place to live

Why’s is disgraceful? This place is just beautiful but after you sign the lease and move in you will taste what miserable life means. Full of Unconsidered neighbors who’s uses the pool as toilet, neighbors that rarely clean up after their dogs, neighbors who lives above have no respect for who lives below- walking as horses all day long along with their large dogs running back and forth. If works from home this is not a right place. And administration who has no policy enforcement, have no... organization abs don’t care to fix problems.
