the worst experience of my life
I've been living in this condominium since July 2024, and if there's one thing I regret, it's this choice. They simply ignore our needs. I complained about the air conditioning pipes being moldy and we have serious allergy problems. They came and simply painted the vents, mine is a sliding one, and it doesn't lock. I've had requests since August 10th asking for maintenance and they ignore them. Will they be responsible if something goes missing in my home? I simply don't know what to do anymore.... I've already asked for an amicable termination of the contract by email and they ignored me, they don't even respond. Be careful, when you come to do the tour, they're sweethearts. After you move in, all they remember is to charge you for rent. Otherwise, you're invisible. Run away from this condominium!
