don’t waste your time
I was trying to apply here. No one ever picks up calls, and only ever a robot responds to texts or emails. It’s frustrating because I need an ACTUAL HUMAN to talk to. I went and toured the apartment as well. We had to drive all over the place first at the Breley, then at the MacApline down the street which is the sister location, only for us to drive back and wait around over 30 minutes to receive a door code to actually look at the apartment. The lady told us that their leasing office isn’t... even there and is all the way is Colorado?? Which makes no sense if you need people to talk to them. The place was HORRIBLE. Scratches and dents everywhere. Even chunks of parts of the floor or counters were torn off. The place is nowhere near worth what they’re charging for it. The only reason I was applying is I need a place asap, but sense no one ever responds, it was literally impossible to get. Horrible communication, horrible prices, horrible apartments, horrible management, horrible horrible horrible!
