Save yourself the headache. Front office is terrible and doesn’t like doing their jobs. Neighbors are rude and inconsiderate, constant yelling, screaming, stomping around, banging on walls. Trash is piled up outside the dumpsters daily. Good luck finding a parking spot outside of your own unit and if you want to have guests over they have to pay to park. Not to mention the shared water bill. Paying over $90 a month for water as a single person is insane. Maintenance also takes the cheaper routes... to fix issues instead of making things safe, mold grows and they just paint over it. Don’t rent here.

My kid’s bikes have been stolen twice and, the thief enter into the community freely without any hesitance or fear, get into my building’s and steal the belongings inside and outside of the apartment unit.
This is NOT a safe and secure place to live peacefully with family and kids.

Customer service here is little to none, neighbors have NO respect for others living below them, & now they’re towing cars. If I chose to renew this year, they would have upped my rent over $300 per month, yet when looking online as though I am a new tenet, the rent prices were significantly cheaper. They’ve implemented a new parking pass that allows all units 2 spaces, but have denied me my 2nd permit saying that I don’t pay for 2 spots. I asked to speak to someone about getting a temporary... pass &they said they “might get back to me by the end of the week”. They did not contact me. All visitors must pay a fee to park in a visitor spot, even for an hour, or risk their car being towed. Your friends & family have to pay to visit you! My patio was damaged by their construction & they have yet to fix it or acknowledge that I reported it. The patios flood during EVERY rain storm. When I moved in they told me that the doors haven’t been replaced since the 90s & the wood is warped, but the maintenance team doesn’t seem to know that as they constantly leave my door unlocked by not pulling the door when locking it as they’ve instructed the tenets to do. I’ve lost hours at work because I’ve had to come home & lock the door properly after maintenance leaves or risk my door being open to the public if I don’t fix it. The neighbors scream, stomp, slam doors, & run dollies up & down the stairs at all hours of the night, but noise complaints are ignored. When I’m woken up at 3am to stuff falling off my walls from my upstairs stomping so hard, something needs to be done! People also steal packages from your front door & weights from the gyms.
Other tenants also are disrespectful to the property (which I know management can’t do much about, but just adds to the frustration of living here). The trash compactors are constantly going down & trash piles up at the front entrances because the tenets refuse to close the doors for it to compact the trash. Trash left in the open also means getting bugs, vultures, raccoons, & other animals running around the complex. Upon move out I was told to turn in my keys 12 hours early it was “early termination” & I’d be charged as such, which is 2 months rent. The office then said I could leave the keys in my unit BUT when you move out you sign paperwork stating that you will pay $50 for every key left in unit after move out. SCAMMY POLICIES.
