Great community.. not understanding the negative reviews on google… if you’re clean you shouldn’t have issues with bugs and there are no rats here. Maintenance has been quick and fixed.. exterminator comes every Friday just have to go to the leasing office and request them to come and spray. I love it here!

Avana Woods is a pleasant community with a lot of potential, but there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance the living experience. One of the main concerns is that things aren’t always as ready or as perfect as they should be when someone moves in. Maintenance issues can take longer to resolve, and there is room for improvement in terms of communication and follow-up from the staff. Residents should feel confident that everything is in perfect working order upon moving in, and that... any issues that arise will be handled promptly and efficiently.
Improving the overall responsiveness and attention to detail from the leasing and maintenance teams would go a long way toward creating a smoother, more enjoyable experience for all residents.
