Beware of poor maintenance at The Skylark. We’ve had ongoing electrical issues that caused damage to multiple devices, including our dryer, due to surges. Despite submitting two work orders, nothing has been fixed—both were marked “complete” without any action. This lack of follow-through and disregard for tenant safety has been a major frustration. If you’re considering moving here, be prepared for maintenance issues to go unresolved.

Very pleased with the location and the facilities. The property is very well cared for. I have been extremely pleased with the maintenance staff and their responsiveness. The pool area is beautiful. The apartment is actually more spacious than I remembered.
