Decent property. Needs lots of improvements for it to be considered an upscale property. The gate and key fobs need to be updated or a manual code need to be in place. Getting stuck without a parking space you pay monthly for is CRAZY. Specially at 3 in the morning and nobody seems to care .

Ascent is my first ever apartment on my own. I can honestly say I made the PERFECT choice. Absolutely love my 887 sq. foot apartment that sits right over the midtown area. Best apartment complex the city has to offer.
